Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our iconic Breakfast Restaurant team. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily breakfast operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from setup to close.
- Lead, train, and support the breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high performance.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met in line with company and health regulations.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service, and assist with scheduling, cash handling, and team administration.
Qualifications
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts begin at 5:30 am (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable. To be successful, you must have previous supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage setting. You will be an enthusiastic leader, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.
