  • As a
  • BGA Studio Ambassador at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
  • Act as an ambassador for the Pedi: Mani: Cure Studio within the resort, ensuring all colleagues understand the studio concept, treatment offerings and retail products.
  • Coordinate and organise visits by Bastien Gonzalez or his designated representative, ensuring all arrangements are planned and executed to the highest standard.
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of BGA by sharing innovative ideas, best practices and constructive feedback gained through the operation and management of the Studio.
  • Foster a positive, professional and supportive attitude towards both guests and colleagues at all times.
  • As a

BGA Studio Ambassador you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week.

Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful

BGA Studio Ambassador candidate , you will have an NVQ Level 2 and above in Beauty Therapy and have a proven track record of service excellence in a Spa environment.

It is an advantage if you already have experience from within a luxury service environment.
