As a Housekeeping Porter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
- You will maintain the cleanliness and good order of all assigned areas, creating a pleasant environment for our guests.
- You will be in charge of delighting our guests with requested service and ensure that all linen cupboards and all items are stocked properly.
- You are willing to provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service in order to achieve great customer satisfaction.
- You will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Housekeeping Porter candidate, you will have worked as a porter within Housekeeping previously in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have worked in a five-star hotel or similar establishment.
