We’re looking for a Head Waiter to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team. Are you a master of craft? As a Head Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Ensuring all orders are posted correctly
- Serving guests with the focus of storytelling
- Dealing with cashier duties
- Supervising Chef de rangs and Commis de rangs
As a Head Waiter, you will be working Monday to Sunday, 48-50 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning to evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Head Waiter candidate, you will have great fluency in English and previous experience as a Head Waiter in a high-quality establishment. Experience in a Michelin starred restaurant is desirable.
