We’re looking for a Head Waiter to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team.

As a Head Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests
  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • Ensuring all orders and posted correctly
  • Serving guests with the focus of story telling
  • Dealing with cashier duties
  • Supervising Chef de rangs and Commis de rangs

As a Head Waiter, you will be working Monday to Sunday, 48-50 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning to evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Head Waiter candidate, you will have great fluency in English and previous experience as a Head Waiter in a high-quality establishment. Experience in a Michelin starred restaurant is desirable.
