We’re looking for a Finance Supervisor – Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London's most iconic address.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day‑to‑day Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, purchase order matching and payment preparation.
  • Ensure all invoices are verified for accuracy, correct coding, and appropriate authorisation prior to posting into the system.
  • Oversee the matching of purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all AP‑related transactions, including invoices, payment records and supporting documentation.
  • Act as the primary Accounts Payable liaison between the Hotel Finance team and Shared Services (JSC) to ensure seamless AP operations.
  • Support the month‑end closing process including accruals, invoice cut‑offs and reconciliations of AP balances.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Proactive, reliable and collaborative approach.
  • Office‑based, Monday to Friday, predominantly from the hotel.
