Role Overview

As an Evening Room Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, you will maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort in private rooms and public areas, ensuring discreet service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms to required standards, including furniture, beds, and amenities.
  • Reconcile and replenish mini bar and guest amenities.
  • Maintain a discreet, one‑stop service, including monitoring guest safety and security.
  • Assist with ensuring an appropriate level of security for all guest belongings.
  • Work with housekeeping teams and use hotel technology to support guest service.
