About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London within the People and Culture department, the People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to managing recruitment & selection for selected departments, administrative tasks, facilitating new hire training, driving colleague engagement initiatives, and making sure policies and procedures are adhered to.
As People and Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To ensure CVs, interview notes and passports/ visas are complete in order to prepare offer letters and contracts accurately.
- Conduct telephone screenings for potential candidates, liaising with managers and welcoming all potential employees when they come for interview.
- Prepare offer letters and contracts with the approval of the Head of People and Culture.
- Support Learning & Development team on Move In orientation day.
- Support all efforts to embed our Company’s Mission, Guiding Principles and Legendary Quality Experiences.
- Oversee all training records and ensure that they are updated.
- Assist with Engagement activities for the team.
- Support with any other administrative tasks required by the People and Culture team.
