We’re looking for a Commis Chef to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team. Are you a master of craft? As a Commis Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing mise en place for service
- Following the instructions of the Chef de Partie
- Ensuring cleanliness of working area
- Receiving deliveries, ensuring correct stock levels
As a Commis Chef, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Commis Chef candidate, you will have a positive attitude, good time management and some experience in a professional kitchen.
