Responsibilities
- Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa & Wellness.
- Ensure a warm, friendly welcome to all guests at all times.
- Greets all guests upon their arrival, gives new guests tours of property and offers return guests "re-orientations".
- Organize appointment scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guest’s needs are of first importance.
- Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all Spa and hotel related questions with guests.
- Complete all daily reception duties as trained by Spa & Wellness Manager / by Spa Reception and Reservations Manager.
- Create and review SOPs as assigned by Spa & Wellness Manager / by Spa Reception and Reservations Manager and make sure they are followed at all times.
Shift Pattern
- Rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week with varied morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is required.
Qualifications
- Experience within a luxury Spa environment or reception experience and are passionate about service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong understanding of systems and IT technology.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous Spa or Hotel experience in a 5-star environment is desirable but not essential.
