Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage Team. Are you a master of craft? About the job:

  • To be fully aware of designated section menu, recipes, method of production and presentation standards.
  • Prepares the necessary food items in accordance with standards in a timely & efficient fashion to ensure that there is no interruption to guests’ service.
  • Execute all food items with standard recipe and plating guide as devised by Sous Chef or Head Chef.
  • Ensures that station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard.
  • Operate all kitchen equipment and conduct them with safety in mind at all times.
  • Carry out close liaison with all sections of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
