As a Payroll Administrator at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
- Process end-to-end payroll alongside ADP for all employees, including salaried and hourly staff, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, changes in compensation, and benefits deductions.
- Prepare and submit all statutory payroll filings, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions, adhering to deadlines.
- Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Generate various payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Assist with year-end payroll procedures and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and pension schemes. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, RealTime & IHCM, OnTrack).
As a Payroll Administrator you will be in an office-based role, working predominantly from Monday to Friday. To be a successful Payroll Administrator candidate, you will have previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, strong attention to detail, organisation, strong data entry skills and clear communication.
