Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a Night Chef for the Main Kitchen to join the team. You will be responsible for producing high-standard dishes for the night menu, and for mise-en-place, fruit platters and mise-en-place for the night service.
The role requires previous experience in a high-quality kitchen, reliability and flexibility to work night shifts Sunday through Saturday. Training and development opportunities are available as part of the MO culture.
