We’re looking for a Finance Supervisor – Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is the award-winning owner and operator of some of the most luxurious hotels, resorts and residences located in prime destinations around the world, with a strong development pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, purchase order matching and payment preparation.
- Ensure all invoices are verified for accuracy, correct coding, and appropriate authorisation prior to posting into the system.
- Oversee the matching of purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all AP-related transactions, including invoices, payment records and supporting documentation.
- Act as the primary Accounts Payable liaison between the Hotel Finance team and Shared Services (JSC) to ensure seamless AP operations.
- Support the month-end closing process including accruals, invoice cut-offs and reconciliations of AP balances.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail, extremely organised, proactive, reliable and collaborative in your approach.
