We’re looking for a Barista to join our timeless Rosebery restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. The role involves preparing and serving beverages to our guests with a high standard, ensuring excellent service and maintaining the kitchen station.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the beverage menu and prepare beverages such as teas, coffees, etc. to a high standard.
- Prepare the mise en place for the operation.
- Deliver drinks to the table and explain them to guests.
- Communicate guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work on a rotating shift basis Monday to Sunday, covering morning and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays (39 hours per week). Flexibility is required.
Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar environment and have experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
