Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Back of House team, ensuring high productivity, excellent performance, and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of all Back of House areas, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Manage staffing operations, including rota planning, team training, inductions, and performance management tomaintainan engaged and high-performing team.
  • Coordinate with operational departments, including Kitchen, Banqueting, and Engineering, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations andtimelyresolution of maintenance and equipment requirements.
  • Manage Back of House resources and budgets, including stock control, purchase orders, equipment management, and contractor relationships to support efficient operations.

, you will be workingon arotatingshift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week.

Shift patterns will vary frommorning and evening shifts(including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility isrequiredwhereapplicable.

Tobeasuccessful Back of House Manager candidate , youmust have a collaborative attitude, excellentcommunicationskillsandpreviousexperience supervising othersin a similar 5-star luxury environment.
