As a Bartender at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

• To ensure the appropriate presentation and cleanliness of the bar.
• To prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests
• To responsible the set-up and operation of a bar station/section.
• To handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner
• To perform all cashier-related duties according to hotel policies whilst ensuring that guests receive bills in a prompt and accurate manner

As a Bartender, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Bartender candidate, you will have knowledge on cocktails, wine and spirits and previous experience as a cocktail bartender.
