We are recruiting for a Lead Damp & Waterproofing Technician to join a well-established, growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality damp-proofing and waterproofing projects. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows the industry and wants more responsibility, stability, and progression.

The Role
As a Lead Damp & Waterproofing Technician, you will:
- Deliver damp-proofing and waterproofing systems on site
- Install Type A (tanking) and Type C (membrane) systems
- Carry out associated plastering and finishing works
- Lead and organise small teams
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
This role requires someone who understands systems, not just general plastering.
Requirements
- Strong experience in damp-proofing or waterproofing
- Experience with membrane systems or tanking systems
- Solid plastering / rendering background
- Ability to lead a team and take ownership on site
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- CSCS
- PCA / manufacturer training (Newton, Delta etc.)
Location & Travel
Projects across London and Greater London. You will be required to attend the Kings Langley yard each morning to collect materials, tools and vehicles before going to site. Applicants should be based within a sensible commuting distance.
