Are you a qualified plumber with 2–5 years’ experience looking to move into a stable, growing commercial environment? We are recruiting on behalf of an established, engineering-led M&E contractor delivering commercial plumbing, HVAC and electrical projects across London and the South East. Following recent investment and a new growth phase, the business is looking to bring in ambitious, early-career plumbers who want proper training, development and progression — not just another maintenance contract.
The Role
- Commercial plumbing installs and maintenance
- Plant room work
- Heating systems, cylinders and pipework
- Working across live commercial sites including schools and offices
- Supporting senior engineers and progressing technically
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating
- 2–5 years’ experience (commercial exposure desirable)
- Confident with pipework, heating systems and drainage
- Keen to learn and develop further
- Full UK driving licence
