We are recruiting for a Damp & Waterproofing Surveyor to join a growing specialist contractor that is actively raising standards within the damp and waterproofing industry. As a Damp & Waterproofing Surveyor, you will carry out detailed inspections across residential and commercial properties, identifying root causes and producing clear, professional reports. You will be trusted to:

- Assess waterproofing requirements including Type A and Type C systems
- Produce commercially sound recommendations
- Build trust with clients through clear, confident communication
Requirements
- CSSW or CSTDB qualified (PCA)
- Experience as a Damp Surveyor / Waterproofing Surveyor
- Strong report writing and client-facing ability
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Basement / structural waterproofing experience
