As our Warehouse and Logistics Specialist in Milton Keynes, you manage inbound/outbound goods, coordinate logistics, and uphold Manda’s quality standards. You’ll communicate regularly with head office to align shipping schedules with global procurement and sales decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of data center equipment, ensuring accurate inventory logs and minimal downtime.
- Carry out quality checks before final shipments, reporting any discrepancies to the head office procurement lead.
- Arrange local freight carriers and schedule dispatches according to head office instructions on timing and priority.
- Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
- Provide operational updates and monthly stock audits to the finance and procurement teams.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics environments—ideally handling IT or electronic goods.
- Familiarity with stock control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of cross-border shipping documentation.
- Clear communicator who is comfortable coordinating with the management team.
