We support partners and clients worldwide across EMEA, North America, and APAC.Position Overview As our Warehouse and Logistics Specialist in Milton Keynes, you manage inbound/outbound goods, coordinate logistics, and uphold Manda\’s quality standards . You\’ll communicate regularly with head office to align shipping schedules with global procurement and sales decisions.Key Responsibilities Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of data center equipment, ensuring accurate inventory logs and minimal downtime.Carry out quality checks before final shipments, reporting any discrepancies to the head office procurement lead.Arrange local freight carriers and schedule dispatches according to head officeinstructions on timing and priority.Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards in the warehouse.Provide operational updates and monthly stock audits to the finance and procurement teams.Qualifications Experience in warehouse or logistics environments—ideally handling IT or electronic goods.Familiarity with stock control systems.Strong attention to detail and an understanding of cross-border shipping documentation.Clear communicator who is comfortable coordinating with the management team.How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief cover letter specifying the role you\’re applying for to:HR@mda.netWe will reach out to shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews.
