We support partners and clients worldwide across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
As the Procurement Manager at Manda’s office in Milton Keynes, you will lead global sourcing strategies for high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure supply, and IT asset disposition (ITAD). You’ll oversee contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and ensure procurement decisions are conducted in compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and manage global procurement strategies, focusing on cost, quality, and supplier reliability.
- Collaborate with the UK-based procurement support for day-to-day operational tasks, where you will take responsibility for major approvals, risk assessments, and pricing decisions.
- Lead vendor evaluations, negotiations, and ongoing relationships.
- Oversee inventory planning, coordinate cross-border shipments in alignment with warehousing operations and third-party provider partners across the globe.
- Report regularly to the Management Board, providing data-driven insights on supplier performance and procurement spending.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; CIPS (or equivalent) preferred.
- Proven experience in international sourcing — ideally technology or electronics.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with awareness of cross-border tax and compliance issues.
- Ability to build relationships with global vendors, ensuring best-value pricing while respecting head office protocols.
