Due to continued growth and several major contract wins, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our expanding team in the Birmingham area.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive industry-leading service and support. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and supporting gaming equipment across customer sites throughout the region and occasionally across the UK.

You’ll be trusted to represent the Manco brand professionally, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service standards.

  • Carry out servicing, fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on gaming equipment
  • Install and configure gaming machines and associated systems at customer locations
  • Complete cosmetic rectification and general machine maintenance to a high standard
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Accurately record service visits, technical issues, and customer feedback
  • Support installation projects on behalf of key industry partners
  • Travel across the Birmingham region and occasionally throughout the UK as required

We’re looking for someone who is technically minded, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced field-based environment.

  • Previous experience in a technical, field service, electronics, IT, or engineering role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Electrical or electronic repair experience
  • Experience working in a customer-facing technical support role
