Manchetts is looking for a full-time, experienced Van Technician to join our team, who will thrive on working for a family run business which prides itself on meeting customers’ expectations and repairs first time while delivering excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone who:
- is competent in servicing and repairing vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer`s guidelines up to 3.5 tonne vehicles
- holds a minimum of a level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in light vehicles
- is experienced with diagnostic processes and equipment
- previous experience working within a Franchise is preferred but not essential
- holds a current MOT tester licence (Class 4/7) - this would be an advantage but is not essential
- demonstrates the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative
- can maintain communication with all departments regarding repair timescales

Terms and Conditions:
- Competitive salary- negotiable, according to experience £35-41k for day shift or £37-43k for shift work
- Monday – Friday 40 hours per week on a two week rota (06.00-14.00 and 14.00-22.30) with alternate Saturdays 07.00-12.00
- Day shift hours 07.00-15.00 Monday-Friday
- 31 days annual leave
- Quarterly bonus scheme
