We have an opportunity for a keen, motivated, and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our teams in the WTWA dermatology departments. If you are a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients within an outpatient environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We have a multiskilled workforce within the team who are ready to provide support and training to ensure your success in this role.
This role is predominantly Monday to Friday and requires cross-site working between Withington, Trafford, Wythenshawe, and Altrincham.
Main duties of the job
- The post holder will assess, plan, evaluate, and deliver all relevant aspects of patient care in a caring, compassionate, and sensitive manner.
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the clinical governance process.
- Act as a mentor/preceptor to junior staff, with specific responsibility for pre-registration students.
- The post holder will be engaged in training opportunities to support their development and service provision within the department.
- The post holder will take delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical team and the maintenance of high standards of patient care.
