Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Medical Rota Team on a full time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team to provide an efficient administrative and support service for Medical Workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day staffing and coordination via health roster of the medical rotas, for various divisions. Assist in the design, preparation and publication of rotas.
- Show leadership and accountability for all issues pertaining to rotas, with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Maintain good interpersonal skills liaising with Senior Management and Medical Staff.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office including Excel; adapt to change and learn new skills; maintain general administration and clerical procedures.
- Deliver high quality support for our service and customers; remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
- Support divisions to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care by efficiently deploying appropriate staff.
- Assist in the creation, implementation and management of staffing rotas across WTWA Services; support personal development and utilise a structured personal development plan.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with senior management and medical staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel); willingness to learn and adapt to change; strong administration and clerical skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to deliver high quality support.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage workload under tight deadlines.
