The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This role will be responsible for delivering improvement capability at different levels across the organisation and supporting significant cross-organisational improvement projects that enable MFT to improve quality, safety, efficiency, effectiveness, staff and patient experience; with our people at the core of what we do. This will be supported by our world class digital infrastructure to deliver value for our people.

The post holder is responsible for supporting the on-going management of the Improvement portfolio for the Trust and its Clinical Groups, to ensure that the programme outcomes and objectives are delivered as planned. The post holder will be expected to engage key stakeholders in setting the direction and delivery of the Improvement programme portfolio’s objectives.

This new role offers an outstanding opportunity to an experienced practitioner of large scale, organisational change and we seek an improvement leader who can support the Trust’s teams to help create the change and translate our improvement and transformational aspirations into practical actions and results for our people.
