Overview
Employee Health and Wellbeing Admin Support role at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). The MFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees and managers, as well as to a variety of external clients. The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team based across locations, comprising OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team, the main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity. The Admin Support role is to join the team while completing an Apprenticeship in Level 2 or 3 Business Administration, depending on experience, and will be fully integrated within the service, working with EHW colleagues at locations across the MFT sites including Wythenshawe, Oxford Road, North Manchester, Withington and Trafford.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of the EHW generic email inbox in a timely manner within agreed service level agreements, categorising items to the appropriate team.
- Deal promptly with a wide range of enquiries from internal and external customers, both orally and in writing, and escalate unresolved issues to the line manager as they arise.
Support will be provided across a range of EHW activities, including administration and co-ordination within a multi-site environment.
Apprenticeship and Integration
Join to undertake an Apprenticeship in Level 2 or 3 Business Administration (depending on experience) and become fully integrated within the EHW service.
