A fabulous opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic Staff Nurses to join our District Nursing Team at the Gorton Hub in Central Manchester full and part time applicants will be considered., You will work closely withGP Services and the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure that patient care is effectively coordinated, demonstrating a positive impact on our patients.
You will enjoy the chance to develop new and existing clinical skills as well as a range of training opportunities for personal development.
We will be looking for proven leadership skills and the ability to work within a team as well as work autonomously.
