The Role
The Staffing Officer is responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination, onboarding, deployment and ongoing management of a large operational workforce supporting matchday and event delivery across Welcome Team, Bag Drop and Car Parks, alongside the casual workforce at Carrington Training Centre (CTC). The role ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time, delivering a safe, welcoming and efficient experience across all venues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a casual workforce of approximately 280 staff across Matchday and Event operations (Welcome, Bag Drop, Car Parks)
- Support circa 50 casual staff at Carrington Training Centre (CTC)
- Focus on staffing across matchdays, events, training ground activity, and peak operational periods
