The Role

Manchester United is seeking customer-focused individuals to join our Matchday Premium Retail team at Old Trafford. As a Matchday Premium Retail Assistant, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience for supporters visiting hospitality areas, executive suites and premium retail locations across the stadium. You will engage with Executive Members, hospitality guests and fans from around the world, providing personalised service, expert product knowledge and professional support throughout their visit. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in premium retail, hospitality, events or customer service environments who take pride in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, confident and approachable manner.

  • Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings, weekends and major events.

The pay is £13.45 an hour, mainly working matchdays only. Matchdays will be 6 to 8 hour shifts.
