The Role

  • Monitoring Vehicle Flow: Ensuring that vehicles enter and manoeuvre around the car park smoothly and safely.
  • Assisting Customers: Providing help to customers with parking, including directing them and answering any questions they may have.
  • Enforcing Regulations: Making sure that all parking rules are followed, which may include scanning and taking electronic payments.
  • Maintaining Safety: Keeping an eye out for any safety hazards and addressing them promptly to ensure a secure environment for all users.
  • Reporting Issues: Documenting any incidents or maintenance needs and reporting them to the appropriate supervisors.
  • Customer Service: Offering excellent customer service, providing information, and answering queries.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
