The Role

We are looking for professional and experienced hospitality team members to join our Catering team at the Carrington Training Complex. This role involves supporting smooth food service operations, maintaining a clean and professional environment, and delivering outstanding service to staff, players, and guests across the First Team, Academy, and Women’s Team facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all staff and guests
  • Serve food and drinks accurately and professionally
  • Clear plates, cutlery, and replenish food and drink stations efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across service and dining areas
  • Work with nutritionists to understand and support the club’s Performance Food values
  • Communicate effectively to accommodate any service changes
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
  • Complete required training and participate in ongoing development

The Person

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment (essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work early mornings (from 6am), late evenings (until 9pm), and weekends
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and a professional work ethic
