Casual Performance Analysis Opportunities

Location: Carrington Training Complex

The Purpose: The Academy Assistant Performance Analyst position is designed to support the development of players and coaches by providing high-quality performance analysis across all academy age groups.

The Role

Some of the key tasks you will perform include, but are not limited to:

  • Film training sessions and matches across multiple sites and age groups
  • Code and analyse training and match footage using provided mark-ups
  • Upload and manage footage on both internal servers and online platforms
  • Maintain an organised archive of completed work
  • Assist in identifying opposition and tactical trends
  • Provide ad-hoc support to full-time performance analysis staff
  • Commit to working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional long shifts, in line with the demands of the role
