Logistics Reply is the Reply Group company that specialises in supply chain software. Its solutions are based around LEA ('Logistics Execution Architecture'), the world's most advanced Supply Chain platform – which uniquely utilises cloud‑based 'microservices' to offer a bespoke suite of software solutions that are designed to bridge the gap between real‑world operations, and the need to provide real‑time visibility across all stages of the supply chain: from Manufacturer to Warehouse/DC, through to Retail Store/Customer Delivery.
Top brands and suppliers across Fashion, Food, General Merchandise, 3PL's and Manufacturing choose LEA as it is specifically designed to be agile, flexible, quickly adaptable and configurable to their individual requirements – whilst complementing their existing systems frameworks.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Project Management function, leading the end‑to‑end delivery of solutions across the LEA Reply suite. With a foundational background in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, you will bring structure, operational expertise, and credibility to every engagement, ensuring projects are delivered to time, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with customer project teams, facilitating design workshops, supporting programme success, and guiding teams through the Design, Build, Test, and Deploy phases. This role requires a balance of confident leadership and collaboration, promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational readiness for a seamless transition into business‑as‑usual.
Your contractual place of work will be either our London or Manchester office with a hybrid working policy.
