Role Purpose

Working within one of our hospitality suites or box areas, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests on matchdays. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating stellar first impressions and delivering outstanding service to ensure each matchday is a unique and memorable experience.

Skills and Experience

Experience isn’t required for our waiting‑on roles — we’re simply looking for individuals with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, the ability to work well under pressure, and a desire to contribute to the overall success of the matchday experience. We are looking for someone with a friendly, confident, and proactive personality who is comfortable engaging with a wide range of people.
