This Litigation Lawyer job role has been introduced due to the growth of this trusted family firm of solicitors based in Stockport. This firm is well established with a strong local history specialising in Conveyancing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Litigation, Probate, and Wills.
Working directly with the senior partner, you will be handling a variety of general civil litigation and contentious probate cases, assisting the senior partner with case management and preparation, conducting legal research, drafting documents, attending court hearings, liaising with clients, counsel, and other parties involved in litigation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practices.
As a proactive Litigation Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills under the guidance of an experienced senior partner, within a supportive and collaborative work environment. This role offers a clear progression pathway towards becoming a director and shareholder, alongside access to a comprehensive mentoring scheme.
