This Wills and Probate job role has been introduced due to the growth of this trusted family firm of solicitors based in Stockport. This firm has over 80 years of experience specialising in Conveyancing , Lasting Powers of Attorney , Litigation , Probate , and Wills.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes wills, probate, estate planning, and administration matters. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. You will also draft and review legal documents related to wills, trusts, estates, and lasting powers of attorney. Additionally, you will liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to ensure the efficient administration of estates, while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in private client work, probate, estate administration, wills, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
2. Strong understanding of relevant laws and practices.
3. Excellent client management and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a busy caseload.
