Working in partnership with local councils across the UK, you'll help small businesses gain valuable exposure through council-backed advertising solutions. You'll be joining a fast-paced, supportive team where performance is recognised and rewarded. Around one-third of the current team are already earning £45,000+, alongside regular cash incentives. With hybrid working, shorter-than-average hours and genuine earning potential, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career whilst maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Speaking with a mixture of warm leads and prospects on behalf of local councils
  • Selling advertising opportunities across digital publications
  • Building relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses
  • Managing and growing your sales pipeline using the CRM system
  • Developing your own network of customers and nurturing long-term relationships
