The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy, strengthening existing relationships and generating new business opportunities across the South East. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, distributors and merchants
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region
- Delivering sales growth in line with business objectives
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers
- Developing specifications and influencing projects at an early stage
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and regional opportunities
- Producing accurate forecasts and pipeline reports
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven sales experience within the Mechanical Services, Building Services or HVAC sector
- Experience selling to M&E contractors, consultants, merchants or distributors
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and account development abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a regional territory effectively
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience selling manufactured products into the building services market
- Knowledge of specification sales and project-led business development
- Existing network of contacts within the South East region
