Overview
London Staff are currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor to be based initially out of our client’s office and site-based after Christmas.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Our client is a multi-disciplined construction company with a strong focus into Rail across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to join a successful, established but growing business, and progress their career.
Responsibilities
- Initially work on an upgrade of a station in Essex, which consists of a 2-storey building alongside a car park.
- Manage packages on the project, ranging from piling to M&E works.
Skills and Experience
- Construction background experience
- Over 5 years of commercial experience
- Ideally Tier 1 or 2 contractor experience
- Procurement and early contractor involvement experience
- Able to work proactively with limited direction
- Demonstrated steady work history
