Join Our Team – Senior Architectural Technologist / Project Architect

BCAE Architects is looking for an experienced architectural professional to lead project delivery and provide technical leadership across high-end residential and specialist projects. This is a senior, hands-on role bridging the Directors and the wider team, combining project responsibility, technical excellence, and team support. Take ownership, make an impact, and help deliver exceptional projects. You’ll sit between Directors and the wider team, combining hands-on project delivery with leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Leading projects from RIBA Stage 4-5 into construction
  • Driving the delivery of a 74-bed care home and bespoke residential new builds and adaptations
  • Overseeing technical design, detailing, statutory compliance, and consultant coordination
  • Resolving site and construction challenges with calm, practical problem-solving
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting a collaborative studio culture
