The role

You'll be the go‑to expert for space planning, leading a small team and working closely with faculties and professional services to turn strategy into reality. From concept designs and briefings to complex moves and transformations, you'll drive projects that make a visible difference. You’ll promote new ways of working, smarter use of space, and outstanding customer experience, using data and creativity to influence decisions and deliver results.

You're confident, collaborative, and thrive on complexity. You bring:

  • Strong space planning and project management experience
  • The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A great eye for design, efficiency, and user experience
  • AutoCAD skills, solid data capability, and a proactive mindset
