Our department of Library has a programme of evening poetry events featuring live readings and performances; visual poetry projections in public and university spaces; and continuing to grow the successful Manchester Translation Series. You will contribute to supporting students, academics and partners to foster a positive work culture, and help shape a vibrant programme of events open to all.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the professional delivery of high‑quality poetry and literature activities in collaboration with Manchester Poetry Library and the Poetry Research Group at Manchester Met.
- Project management including planning, delivery and evaluation of poetry events and activities.
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support including contracting.
- Provide an excellent, accessible and inclusive experience to stakeholders and customers.
