The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students from the Faculty of Science and Engineering. To apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Team to plan and deliver blog-style content about your subject. This will include:

  • Written copy: Introduction to yourself, why you chose Manchester Met to pursue a masters in your chosen subject, and information about the facilities you use as part of your studies.
  • Imagery: Self-shot photos of you using relevant facilities.

This role is open to Manchester Met students who meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a current postgraduate taught student, or a current PhD student who previously studied an MSc degree at Manchester Met, in the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Willing to talk about your own experience.
  • Able to be a positive role model to future students.
  • Responsible attitude and the ability to show initiative.
  • Ability to use a smartphone to take high quality photos.

Students will be required to work collaboratively with the Marketing team and therefore, will need to be contactable via email.
