About the role: Working across the Future Students and Corporate Marketing teams, you will support the development and delivery of strategic projects, cross-team initiatives and marketing campaigns, ensuring momentum, visibility and effective collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders. Typically, you will:
- Develop and deliver impactful strategic and tactical activity to support the Marketing strategy.
- Balance multiple marketing projects at pace, adapting to change while maintaining service excellence and a focus on strategic outcomes.
- Manage the production of a rolling programme of multimedia content that supports key moments in the student recruitment journey and articulates the University's beacon areas from the Road to 2035 strategy.
- Build positive and proactive relationships with University colleagues, aligning marketing activity to support University strategic priorities and providing innovative marketing solutions.
- Lead on the delivery of strategic marketing leadership and operational support services to the Professional Services directorate.
- Be responsible for management of the University brand, leading the engagement and development of the Brand Champions network.
- Liaise with colleagues across Marketing and External Relations to ensure a joined‑up approach, avoiding duplication of resources and maintaining consistent messaging.

About Future Students Marketing and Corporate Marketing: The Future Students Marketing team has responsibility for all future students marketing activity and plans, including foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate taught, postgraduate research, UK and international. They work closely with Faculties and key Professional Services directorates to align marketing strategy, implementing creative and impactful plans to support their priorities. The Corporate Marketing team's remit spans the core areas of brand development, research marketing and international brand marketing. They provide strategic marketing leadership and operational support to key Professional Services Directorates and work closely with the Communications Directorate to support the University in achieving its objectives for the Road to 2035 strategy. Both teams work across the wider Marketing department to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, leading the production and dissemination of engaging and impactful content for a range of target audiences.
