About the role

The Department delivers an accelerated master's degree (pre‑registration) in Occupational Therapy, which commenced in September 2024, with plans to expand our portfolio. We are recruiting a full‑time permanent Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer to join our team of Occupational Therapy staff to support ongoing development and delivery of this exciting new programme. This role involves teaching, student support, assessment of theory and practice, and other teaching‑related duties across our programmes, within the scope of knowledge and experience.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed clinician with experience of working across a range of clinical areas, who holds HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. Candidates will hold a good first degree plus a master’s degree or have evidence of progression towards a Master’s. Candidates with extensive relevant clinical experience without a master’s degree who are willing to engage in level 7 study to complete a Post‑graduate Certificate in Academic Practice will also be considered.
