About the role: We are seeking a (HRSC) Team Leader to support and oversee the HR Service Centre. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Manager, you will be a senior member of the team, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality, operational HR service while promoting a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and oversight to HR Administrators and Senior HR Administrators
  • Ensure the effective and consistent delivery of HR processes and services
  • Act as an escalation point for non-standard or complex HR cases
  • Work closely with HR colleagues and a wide range of internal stakeholders
  • Support and contribute to service improvement initiatives
  • Lead on designated areas of HR expertise within the Service Centre

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The role is a variable hybrid position, typically requiring on-site presence for 3 days a week.

  • Experience using HR systems (Oracle experience is desirable)
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience delivering training or supporting others to use HR processes and systems
