Would you like the opportunity to provide advice, casework and representation to students? Working within an inclusive, empowering and aspirational culture, you’ll play a key role in providing specialist advice and representation to students at Manchester Met. As an Advice Centre Caseworker, you will support individual students through complex and often challenging situations, helping them to understand their rights, navigate systems, and achieve fair outcomes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to students’ lives as part of a supportive, values‑driven team.
Working within our professionally recognised Advice Centre, you will:
- Provide confidential, impartial advice and support to students on a wide range of issues, including:
- Student funding and finance
- Disability benefits
- Housing
- Academic matters such as appeals, complaints and misconduct
